who we are

52Launch is an original design manufacturer.

52Launch is an ODM for consumer products. A to Z, all under one roof.

We are not a prototype shop.

Other firms will design your product and build you a prototype that looks great, but likely is not ready to be produced in a factory.

That is not what 52Launch is about. Our goal is not to leave you with a prototype, but to develop a product that is designed to be manufactured, from day one.

01 / our core service

the accelerator program.

The Accelerator is our six-phase process for taking a product from idea to launch in a matter of months.

Most product development dies in the handoffs from one firm to another. The designer does not talk to the factory, the factory cannot build what the designer drew, and marketing shows up to a product nobody is ready to buy.

52Launch solves this issue by bringing all of our teams together and running design, marketing, and manufacturing concurrently, ensuring that insights from one department directly inform the rest.

The result is a fully optimized product that is ready to sell. Below is a full breakdown of the Accelerator Program.

market research.

Before a dollar is spent on development, you need to know that there is a real market for your product, who that market is, and how to reach them.

Our marketing team builds that foundation by conducting deep market analysis and strategic planning work that maps out exactly how your product can and will succeed.

DIFFERENTIATE02OF 06

brand creation.

A great product without a great brand is just a commodity.

This phase is where your product gets a name, a voice, and a story, the full identity system that will carry it from first impression through long-term customer loyalty.

industrial product design.

Transforming a product concept into a design that can actually be manufactured, at scale, at cost, and to spec, requires more than creative talent.

It requires a structured process, deep manufacturing literacy, and the discipline to make smart decisions under real-world constraints.

DEVELOP03OF 06

manufacturing preparation.

Having a great product design means nothing if you cannot manufacture it profitably.

That is why we establish manufacturing partnerships, production infrastructure, and quality systems to ensure a cost-effective, scalable product launch with minimized risk.

go-to-market strategy.

A product without a market is just inventory.

We translate your branding and positioning into the digital systems, campaign frameworks, and marketing assets your business will run on.

When your product arrives from the factory, you are ready to sell.

PREPARE05OF 06

production decision point.

You receive complete manufacturing costs, tooling investments, and product strategy, enabling you to make an informed decision on whether to proceed with manufacturing.

This is the moment the Accelerator was designed to deliver.

ON SHELF

Every phase reports to the same building. The line runs straight through because nothing leaves for another firm and comes back, which is the only reason six phases fit inside six months.

02 / additional services

the accelerator is not the right fit for everyone. and that’s okay.

If the Accelerator Program is not the right fit for you right now, we offer other programs to get your product idea off the ground.

01

Venture Program

Designed for people who need the money before the build. We put together a comprehensive presentation explaining your product idea and its market viability so that you can go to potential investors with confidence.

Once you have the capital you need, the Accelerator Program will be waiting for you.

02

Licensing Program

Some inventors do not want to run a company. That is a legitimate choice.

You get the visual and strategic materials that show a potential licensee what the idea is, what it is worth, and where it can go.

03

Patent Alignment Program

File on the product you are going to build, not the sketch you started with.

We line up your product vision, your preliminary patent strategy, and what a factory can produce, all so your attorney can draft something that protects you the right way.

THE 3% STANDARD

We take on fewer than 3% of the people we talk to. We look at the product, and we also look at the entrepreneur behind it.

If we want you as a client, that means we believe in both the market viability of your idea, as well as your potential to become a winning business owner. After all, your success is our success.

★★★★★

“Without 52Launch, I would never have gotten my invention to market. I approached them with a simple idea that I had, and they effortlessly created a beautiful product. Their teams are all incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and creative and without their expertise my idea would never have come to fruition. I feel very lucky to have found them!”

Cheryl Henshall

★★★★★

“52Launch took on a skeleton of an idea I developed, and added the knowledge, creativity, and experience to my product/company that would have taken me years to establish. They’ve stood with me every step of the way, they care about their clients, their staff is top notch, and most importantly, they communicate and update me on a regular basis. From a business standpoint, no doubt the best decision I ever made.”

James Wittman

★★★★★

“The team at 52 Launch are exceptional! They’re like an extension of my own company, providing expert consulting and delivering quality output at a very quick pace. Seven months into the process and we’re already discussing when we will assess the initial prototype. That sort of pace, from initial concept to physical development, is truly insane!”

06 / faq

frequently asked questions.

what kinds of products do you develop?

We make consumer products that people want to buy.

Our deepest experience is in sporting goods, outdoor games and gear, apparel, household and automotive accessories, pet products, children’s products, arts and crafts, fitness, holiday items, and toys and games. We also work in beauty and personal care, electronics accessories, office products, and tools and home improvement.

What we turn down: software, and ideas that cannot realistically be manufactured.

what is your minimum order quantity?

Production runs typically start at 1,000 units. Here’s why.

Tooling costs the same whether you make 50 units or 5,000. At low volume, the tooling alone can eat your entire margin.

If you only need a handful of units, you want a prototype shop, not an ODM. We will tell you that on the first call.

can you just 3D print my product?

We 3D print constantly during prototyping, and it is one of the most valuable things we do.

But printing is not production. When you move to production we cut real tooling, because printed parts cannot hit the cost, the strength, or the finish a retail product needs.

do you use AI in your design process?

Yes, we utilize AI throughout each department to assist with various marketing, design, and production services. We use a custom-built, firewall-protected AI platform to maintain your product’s privacy and protect its intellectual property.

do you manufacture in the United States?

Yes. We source from 160+ manufacturing partners globally, including domestic options.

Rather than defaulting to one answer, we will walk you through the real cost, timeline, and tariff tradeoffs between U.S. and overseas production for your specific product.

do I need a patent before I talk to you?

No. You do not need a patent, a prototype, or any prior experience.

Filing too early, before your design is production-ready, is one of the more expensive mistakes in this business. You end up protecting a version of the product you never build.

Our Patent Alignment Program and our patent attorney partners handle IP at the point where it protects something real.

will you keep my idea confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is standard from the first conversation.

Your idea is yours. We are in the business of building products, not taking them.

how long until my product is on a shelf?

Most products are launch-ready in about six months. That is only possible because research, design, branding, and manufacturing run in parallel under one roof, instead of in sequence across four vendors.

With that said, complex mechanical or electronic products typically take longer, which is something we will walk through with you during our consultation.

how much does this cost?

The fee for the Accelerator Program is $52,850, with $25,000 due within 10 days of signing and the remainder paid across six equal installments.

The fees for the Venture Program, Licensing Program, and Patent Alignment Program are $7,500.

Manufacturing and tooling are separate costs and vary depending on the size and complexity of your product. We will keep you informed throughout the Accelerator Program so that these costs never come as a surprise.

do you take every product that comes to you?

No. We accept fewer than 3% of the entrepreneurs we talk to.

We assess the product and the person behind it, because a good idea with nobody willing to run the business is not a business. If we say yes, we mean it.

does 52Launch take equity in my product?

No. Our clients always retain 100% ownership of their products, whether they move forward with manufacturing or not.
